Trying to conceive or thinking of starting a family?

Book a full Fertility Check-up by 30th September to receive a 50% saving.

A full Fertility Check-up gives you a comprehensive view of your fertility health as a couple.  This gives you the information you need, including how likely you are to conceive.   These set of tests are ideal for couples trying to conceive or thinking about having a baby.  The results give the vital information you need to make an informed decision for your future, whatever you decide that to be.

For all packages booked within the month of August and September we are offering a Full Fertility MOT at 50% off the normal price, saving you between £440 and £525.

What’s included:

  • Detailed Semen Analysis (for male partners): An advanced semen analysis with sperm preparation for full assessment of semen along with sperm concentration, motility, morphology, anti-sperm antibodies and recommendations for treatment options.
  • Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) Blood Investigation: This test measures the amount of AMH in a woman’s blood, giving a good indication of ovarian (egg) reserve. This hormone comes from the small follicles (sacs with eggs) in the ovaries and provides the most accurate assessment of the ovarian (egg) reserve.
  • Pre-assessment scan with Antral Follicle Count – This is a transvaginal pelvic scan that will involve a full assessment of the uterus including the thickness of the uterine lining (endometrial thickness) and ovaries and will help to rule out cysts, polyps, fibroids, polycystic ovaries, etc that could potentially pose fertility issues. An antral follicle count assessment also provides an estimate of the ovarian (egg) reserve and involves counting of the little follicles (sacs with eggs) in the ovaries.
  • Prolactin & TSH Blood Investigations – these blood tests measure the levels of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Prolactin. The Thyroid and Pituitary gland function play an important role in reproductive health. TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) and prolactin are two important hormones which may help to assess these functions particularly if you have irregular periods or recurrent miscarriages.
  • Consultation – You will have a full consultation to discuss the results of the investigations, what this means for your fertility and if appropriate/required an agreed treatment plan. This consultation, with one of our specialist fertility consultants, can be carried out either in person here at our purpose-built clinic, or by a video call such as Microsoft Teams.
